Great people and a great place to develop. The pricing and business model is not for small businesses as implementation costs can reach six figures. This was a huge reason so many reps don't hit quota.

Seems like Salesforce's time as a SAAS leader has ended, or ended long ago. Product-market fit is fine, but there are many competitors now who offer what Salesforce does for less, with less restrictive contracting as well.
