You are told a certain OTE but it’s all based upon deals closing, which…Salesforce is expensive and tends to have a longer sales cycle which then affects BDR’s pay.

Former Employee4.3Mar 1, 2024Great product market fit overall. Main issues were with low pay and lack of dynamic quotas. Every rep had the same exact quota, which was unfair for reps with underperforming territories. Also management was goaled based on monthly growth while reps were paid on their attainment. Kinda backwards. Still had a great experience working there though.
