Culture sucks. It’s George Orwell double speak, everyone “loves being part of the culture and part of the Ohana family” when you speak in the office but story is completely different when you have a real conversation with pretty much anyone at The Drift (the local bar next door to the Tower.) Nearly everyone is stressed and trying to figure out an escape plan. Systematic firing and replacing with fresh AEs is the norm and the new ones perform exactly the same as the previous ones with the same accounts and the cycle continues. Focus on building a businesses/ find a way to build a better life for yourself, this is not it.

The team was solid and I learned a ton about selling complex solutions, but honestly the comp was pretty rough compared to what other companies were paying. They pushed this whole "Ohana" family vibe really hard, which felt a bit forced - especially when they kept hitting us with these wild 30% growth targets that nobody could realistically hit.
