Great company but getting old. Similar to what happened to Oracle 5-10 years ago. Great name for the resume but get the experience and then leave.

Really didn’t like working at Salesforce. Micromanaged to death and the culture is extremely fake. The top reps usually have solid territories and do nothing but license add ons. Salesforce loses so many quality sales reps who actually bring customers from ee to ue but those sales reps have such terrible territories they are forced to leave. Very slow on the inbound lead flow. Run rate in some years kept the lights on but you'd need a good install base customer set to survive, unless you got a blue-bird deal each quarter.
