Current Employee Territory, timing, talent. Get aligned to a poor territory in a market with no inbound lead flow, have your hands tied to zero new logo prospecting that doesn't come inbound first. 1/4 of patch attritted within 6 months of new fiscal year, the rest are struggling with cash flow issues. Meanwhile management can be hit or miss but mostly very transactional have a great month and they think you're god, have a shit month and they'll absolutely let you know it again and again.
