I was promoted while there for being in the top 10% of my division. The role I was promoted to was oversaturated and the accounts were small and minimal. Morale was extremely low from the 10k layoffs that year. Salesforce is great for training and learning about sales process, but it all depends on when you come in and what team you're placed on. The base pay is low compared to other companies, but comp payout can be good.
