My experience overall was great. They do great training, there are loads of resources to help validate and qualify deals to completion. There is a higher emphasis on “high performance” culture now as opposed to the “coast” culture it may have been known for when interest rates were low. If one is looking to build their experience with commercial discussions, negotiations, and EOQ rallies, this is the spot.

Positive, big company so some annoying things that obviously come along with that. I wanted to work for a smaller company with closer relationships to the sales leaders so I left. Would recommend this role though

While Salesforce has a strong product and fair compensation structure, the culture and leadership were extremely toxic.
