SMB selling is difficult given the price of the product and the budget of small / growing customers. Quotas seem fair, but territories tend to be imbalanced. Some people are crushing it, others are struggling.

Management can make or break how great or terrible your experience is. I have a manager, not a leader which makes it challenging. Be sure to interview your prospective manager!
