In Strategic Enterprise Account roles where you only have 1-4 customers - having the right accounts means everything to your success or failure in hitting your objectives. When a customer attrits licenses you then have to fill the hole before being able to hit your new sales targets.

Culture is toxic, stressful and the quota is completely unobtainable because of the over saturated and small territories sales reps are given. Additionally, since 2023 they are now enforcing you to be in the office 3-4 days a week from 8:30-5pm. This is not conducive for employees that have children and need to pick them up/drop them off.
