Current Employee It’s been a rough experience overall. My territory included about 30 accounts, many of which were either highly resistant to Salesforce, actively attriting, or in some cases didn’t even exist. From the start, it felt like I was set up to fail. Quota attainment is nearly impossible, and the role is extremely high pressure with very little reward or support.
