Current Employee2.7Mar 6, 2025I have been here for 3 years. Quotas go up 10-20% YoY, but base & OTE stay relatively the same. Benioff loves a good boomerang and sometimes that is the best and only way to move up in this org. Don't fall for the Salesforce Kool-Aid. Great product, and I mean great, but YoY there will be more reps. Things management must change: - Documented criteria on promotion...Read More
