Very slow on the inbound lead flow. Run rate in some years kept the lights on but you'd need a good install base customer set to survive, unless you got a blue-bird deal each quarter.

My experience at this sales organization has been one of both challenge and growth. One of the most notable changes since the last cycle is the increase in the number of team members hitting quota, which rose to 50%. This improvement reflects a stronger alignment in strategy, better onboarding/training practices, and a more focused approach to pipeline development.
