clunky product but everyone wants it. Leadership was lacking and they consistently verbally abused the team. Only top earners get treated like people and managers distribute accounts to those top earners since they are only accountable for a larger number. Everyone that starts in the DC office ends up wanting to leave within months of starting

The onboarding experience was terrible for a TECHNOLOGY company. Botched access... invalid credentials... no one to provide 1:1 assistance for those who were less familiar with remote onboarding.
