My overall experience was great. Worked with great talent, made good money in sales, sold a viable product. Towards the end of my tenure the culture shifted just before the layoffs. Overall I would consider working at Salesforce again.

It really depends what team you’re in. Some are great, some are very toxic. Lots of concerns about restructures across the tertiary clouds. A great deal of your success is determined by your territory & or manager. 30% YoY across my division.
