Current Employee If you come in at a higher level (AE7 or higher), you will be given a weak territory. They are notorious for promoting from within with people that have been there for a while. But if you swing and miss at an enterprise role, you're out. Toxic culture , my director was let go and then rehired and demoted a month later to the same team. Allegedly VPs cherry picked our accounts during that time and territories are not viable. My advice: unless you are close to a director here that will secure good accounts, come in at a lower level and build your brand...unless you want to be like everyone else that comes in, can't hit their number, and gets PIPed in 9-11 months.
