Great company for the first years. Culture, people, pay. When things when bad: stock value, interest rates, inflation and the war in Ukraine it from bad to worse. Boomering leadership hires with old style leadership behavior. Unachievable quotes and the Ohana culture went out of the window. Its rough and it going to get worse.
