Very much a sink of swim environment where a lot of reps are doing shady things to get ahead. Best reps are always the ones who management turn a blind eye for. But since it’s truly a hunter role, your success is fully in your hand.

Now comp is designed for only 50% of reps to hit, quotas keep rising and accelerators are only achieved by a select few. Accounts have been heavily worked and inbound is almost non-existent.
