Current Employee Samsara is past its prime. We used to have amazing earning potential and plenty of greenfield to sell into. Now comp is designed for only 50% of reps to hit, quotas keep rising and accelerators are only achieved by a select few. Accounts have been heavily worked and inbound is almost non-existent.
Would definitely avoid mid-market and SMB/commercial, the next stage of growth for the company is only in enterprise and majors
