I would say it’s been a good experience but there are a lot of things missing. Very much a sink of swim environment where a lot of reps are doing shady things to get ahead. Best reps are always the ones who management turn a blind eye for. But since it’s truly a hunter role, your success is fully in your hand.

Great products and customers. Definitely a "good ol boys club" environment. Those who came up in the organization are handed opportunities. Excellent benefits. If you're in favor of leadership and willing to work hard, you have the opportunity to make a lot of money.
