Competition is catching up quickly as innovation as slowed. Samsara is still the best product in the market but the gap is not as wide.

Samsara definitely is a good company to start your career. A lot of your success will fall into the hands of other people deciding how hard they want to work. Definitely frustration in the inbound team but they are actively working to resolve it.

Great product at its core, too many products now, pricing is not in line with rest of market and majority of sales people’s time is spent acting as a CSM/BDR/Billing Fixed book structure is awful, if you have a bad book be ready to fail.
