Great product at its core, too many products now, pricing is not in line with rest of market and majority of sales people’s time is spent acting as a CSM/BDR/Billing Fixed book structure is awful, if you have a bad book be ready to fail.

I had a very positive experience as an SDR. The onboarding and training were strong — plenty of practical role-playing and real-time coaching that got me comfortable on the phone quickly. Amazing overall experience thus far. Incredible training, great product market fit and company is doing very well. It is a hunter role so a lot of prospecting. Do the work and it’s a great job. Can’t sit back and coast in this role at Samsara.
