Current Employee Great place. Best product in the market, most “expensive”. Very fast paced, growing a lot. Very sink or swim environment. Must look (or get help from other reps) to get answers on ever changing processes. Internal processes are a struggle, leadership working on removing road blocks to get reps back to “selling only” and not being slowed down by internal processes. Highly recommend it if you’re a go-getter. Primary downside is lots of cold outbound, even with ADR assistance (pod model, roughly 1 ADR for every 4-5 AEs).
