Cons:
• Leadership culture is deeply toxic in parts of the organization — marked by intimidation, retaliation, and gaslighting from senior leaders who remain in their roles despite repeated complaints
• HR is aware of the issues but rarely takes meaningful action, creating a culture of silence and fear
• Several high-performing reps (myself included) were let go with vague or no explanation, often after speaking up or pushing back on leadership behavior
• Operating principles are selectively applied — often weaponized against employees but not modeled by senior leaders
