Great products and customers. Definitely a "good ol boys club" environment. Those who came up in the organization are handed opportunities. Excellent benefits. If you're in favor of leadership and willing to work hard, you have the opportunity to make a lot of money.

Good foundational experience for someone getting into sales and great benefits. That being said the industry is highly saturated with Samsara largely being an enterprise solution and not the best fit for commercial or mid-market businesses. Org does not leverage sales tools well and still using lots of manual processes.

Great product. Leading in market. Expectations are extremely high and ability to overachieve and make real money has diminished. Competition now catching up. Unless you are deep into accelerators, income isn’t as compelling as OTE is below market.
