Good foundational experience for someone getting into sales and great benefits. That being said the industry is highly saturated with Samsara largely being an enterprise solution and not the best fit for commercial or mid-market businesses. Org does not leverage sales tools well and still using lots of manual processes.

rough onboarding and pretty much no ongoing development/training. they push out generic courses via LMS and expect everyone to be an expert.
