Current Employee Was a bit off guard when I got my first leads. At this point, nearly everything is rip and replace. All the accounts you’re assigned have been hammered for years by 5+ AEs. Very few things separate Samsara’s tech vs the competition- and definitely not pieces that SMB care about. Culture is good for the most part, but everyone feels like their back is against the wall with a nearly unattainable quota which leads to many reps cheating to make their way- making it harder for people doing it right.
