Overall experience was good. I was there during COVID which was tough to navigate but top leadership was phenomenal. There were some politics in state level leadership but it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary.

My overall experience with Samsara was great. At the time there wasn't the greatest culture (there was a PIP epidemic but has since changed (have colleagues who still work there)). But overall good, clean company.

Account distribution decisions favor the most tenured teams which became a huge issue during this previous year of aggressive hiring. The majority of fully ramped mid-market AE struggle to reach 75% quota attainment.
