My overall experience was ok but more chaos and less structure than in a start-up. No defined, efficient processes and no work put into development of employees. Also false promises made with lead generation. Needed to be almost only done by AE as SDRs were not performing and there was high fluctuation in the team. Leadership has changed a lot in the past couple years. Culture definitely in decline. People getting more and more upset at the way things are going. High expectations, higher turnover.
