Feeling competitive pressures resulting in decreased ACV of deals. Attainment also continues to trend downward with much of a reps success based on the book they receive. Newer CRO helping to right the ship and return to a winning posture.

Good foundational experience for someone getting into sales and great benefits. That being said the industry is highly saturated with Samsara largely being an enterprise solution and not the best fit for commercial or mid-market businesses. Org does not leverage sales tools well and still using lots of manual processes.

The company has been great so far. The Atlanta office is on the top floor of Ponce City Market, so a great location. The Quota is very attainable and a fast time to promote to AE.
