Former Employee Awesome company and awesome executive leadership team. Company for IC and mid-market was great 2 years ago. Since then, the number of sales reps has increased by three times which led to a number of good accounts being diminished. Most accounts you inherit will have already been ran through. 1st quarter fy25 only 28% of fully ramped reps hit quota. Overall awesome company but not good as an individual rep in the mid-market org. You will be fighting for accounts and outbounding like an SDR even though you share one. If you don’t have tenure (2+ years) and not ramping, it will be hard for you to hit OTE in the mid-market org.
