What kind of draw is offered for new AEs who will be selling to enterprise or strategic accounts at ServiceNow? Is it recoverable? Als, anyone know the current limit for RSUs in an IC’s compensation package? Still ~$80k over 4yrs?
More QuestionsQuota Attainment across the board looks pretty solid on here. Are all teams still seeing relative success? or are there some headwinds? For Commercial/Enterprise Sales Execs, how is the pay structured? What % is salary and what % is commission for OTE? Is the commission paid on any draw or always actuals?
