Current Employee It’s an interesting experience leading at servicenow. There are great people, platform is fantastic, and culturally everyone wants to win.
I’d say we can improve by doing a better job of telling a story on how the whole platform works together to drive outcomes for our customers. Often our customer testimonial data doesn’t clearly articulate value, yet when we ask clients they have a significance Roi. Browse Other Reviews
