Great Executive Leadership - trying to do the right things. A lot of internal politics and fiefdoms exist, whether from long term employees or subcultures of people who worked together in the past, inhibit one’s opportunity. Sales middle management is very territorial and not engaged in customers. It takes more time internally to get things done than with the customers/prospects.

Great base salary, high potential OTE earnings but very hard to reach your goals due to the NNACV requirements. If you have done a renewal and have just one Strategic account, expect 0% quota attainment the year after that. Products fit large enterprises but license model is outdated. More companies are going for a consumption based model but ServiceNow is lagging...Read More
