Overall my 5 year experience was great however this was ruined towards the end due to selfish and unnecessarily aggressive leadership that ruined the culture in my particular region

Majority of the people that work there are amazing. Some terrible first line leaders that spend all day looking at dashboards and gaslighting their team. Company is much more cut throat in 2025 with a lot of the floor being put on pre-mature pips. More often than not you are at mercy of your account list.
