I loved my time at ServiceNow, but politics, poor leadership and desperation have caused the business to lose sight of what used to be an incredible place to work. The solutions and people are awesome, but some misguided GTM and execution in the AI war is going to mean things hurt for a while

Too big, too bureaucratic and becoming a Microsoft club in EMEA with rampant micromanagement. Not a happy place any more.
