Phenomenal Company. Great company. Moves fast. Quotas and compensation continue to get worse as company gets bigger.

Base pay is lousy compared to market. Incentives are only relevant for enterprise teams. Org structure changes on a whim, so does account alignment. Held to quarterly quotas even though most deal cycles take atleast 4-6 months. Product + implementation is way too expensive for mid-market. Good company culture otherwise.
