Future outlook is dim at Shopify. Plus is a small product fit in the SMB world and the company refuses to acknowledge the massive gap in value merchants see every time evaluating a custom checkout for $2500 a month that has proven to drive little to no results.

Decisions that affect quota attainment are made on a whim or are based on bad data; territory changes every 6 months and leadership continues to hire more sales people without an increase in TAM.
