My overall feedback is that this company is feast or famine. It's difficult for reps to hit target, but those that do are able to make quite a bit over their OTE. Sales leadership is amateur in many of the segments and really don't do much to help their reps sell. There's better opportunitites out there

There for 4 years. There were times when it was the best job I’ve ever had, and times were it was the worst! Shopify changes rapidly and chaotically. They are a product led company and leadership don’t factor in the perspectives of commercial team members much.
