What was once a a great culture was turned into one of the most negative experiences I’ve had in my career. Managers and VPs will protect their people even if they aren’t good reps. Leadership was blind on USM from the start and now it’s even worse how blind they are.

This company has turned into Amazon. More and more work is rewarded with higher quotas, lower payouts, and now they are taking away RSUs. Very political organization with zero appreciation for employees.

My overall experience is ok. While being a top performer I was overlooked for a lateral move into Sales Engineering. They hired 6 people from outside the company. After having made a huge deal about Fuel50 and career development.
