Working as a sales engineer at Smartsheet has been a rollercoaster ride. On the bright side, the pay is satisfying, and I appreciate the support and guidance from my direct leadership team. However, navigating the challenges posed by upper management has been frustrating at times. Despite this, I find solace in the fact that Smartsheet offers a robust product with a plethora of use cases, which fuels my enthusiasm and dedication to the role. Overall, while there are hurdles to overcome, the opportunities for growth and success make it a worthwhile journey.
