Total revamp to quotes coming off the acquisition. Expansion reps now have a retention quota and new biz reps have a logos quota. Product price has decreased yet total bookings quota has increased substantially. Also, doing nothing to account for inherited churn so reps are left holding the bag.

Sales culture is nonexistent (no SKO for 3 years in a row). More senior leadership change in 2024 than I have seen in my career at a company in a single year.
