The product and job itself are terrific. However with the PE acquisition and change in licensing model, a hard job has become even harder. There is a distinct lack of leadership and changes in this org for the better. I think Smartsheet over the next 3-5 years will be great, but the next 24 months are challenging.

Product is leader in space which is fantastic but professional development is very poor. Org has been relying on inbound for the past 3-5 years and recently realized that this will no longer work but haven't made any changes to outbound approaches/push.
