Reps are told conflicting processes everyday and leadership is focused on micromanaging reps in order to place them on PIPs. Lead flow and attainment for most reps is abysmal.

Ramp up time can be long because Smartsheet as a variety of use cases, and some can involve complex processes. Many customers love Smartsheet, so it makes it easy to crack open an account if you're well versed in the product, ICP, stories, and commit to daily activities.
