The new pricing strategy rollout was a masterclass in mismanagement. I have no doubt there will be massive churn as customers become more publicly vocal about the terrible experience.

Employee sentiment is generally down since transition to private ownership. Many employees have left. Still money to be made depending on segment, and still many good/bright people working here.

I think the recent acquisition by PE is a great unknown but the overall experience at Smartsheet has seen a diminishing horizon of professional growth while, at the same time, leadership has been less inspired and creative and just more arbitrary and fear-based.
