Overall experience has been very mixed. Been in-seat for just over 1.5 years, and I've seen 30-40% turnover due to voluntary leave or getting PIP'd and fired. Management has no clue how to handle new pricing model, and messaging is inconsistent. Will be very challenging to hit current quota without renewal uplifts year-over-year. Overall, I do not recommend joining now until this new pricing model is figured out.

The leadership is all over the place there are quiet lay-offs left and right, there is a disproportionate énfasis on daily metrics, they do not care about who is doing well they will lay off anyone just to save some pennies.
