Current Employee Brand new CEO seems good so far, but it's really too early to make a clear judgement on him. We seem to be actually releasing quality new features whereas it had been stagnant for awhile. The big question is if our pricing and packaging changes will help or hurt us long term. Customers were rightly very upset about it because we didn't have the administrative features in the product to support managing users effectively and the administrative features we did have were riddled with bugs. Now that we're slowly stabilizing on the new subscription model front, I'm watching closely to see if our largest customers continue to grow with us or start to churn. At the end of the day, Smartsheet still has an amazing product so I'm cautiously optimistic. Browse Other Reviews
