Former Employee4.1Jul 1, 2023Product is amazing but it’s very difficult to sell because there are literally about 1000 different use cases and many people in the emerging/SMB markets don’t even know what they need. Leadership is solid and they focus on transparency. I was at Smartsheet during a difficult time.
