Good team, and good overall company. Account assignment is an absolute mess however. BoB's are assigned at random and are littered with fake accounts/ non-existent companies/ duplicates galore. There also was never urgency to fix those issues almost like turning a blind eye. Inbound lead flow is immensely few & far between. Which is fine everyone is dealing with that, but leaves almost zero opportunity to strategically prospect with the unhealthy data that runs rampant. PiP's galore.
