Your manager and your accounts will make or break you. You have to play the game because managers cherry pick accounts for their favorite reps. Underpaid, overworked and under supported.

Total revamp to quotes coming off the acquisition. Expansion reps now have a retention quota and new biz reps have a logos quota. Product price has decreased yet total bookings quota has increased substantially. Also, doing nothing to account for inherited churn so reps are left holding the bag.
