Current Employee4.3Mar 11, 2025I enjoy my time at Smartsheet! I started when the org was new, and have watched it grow. I have always had fun here, and love the product. It's tougher to sell because it does 'everything' so you do need to know a lot about the product and we sell to everyone, so the ramp up period is vast. But I really enjoy using the product and I like the company.

Current Employee2.9Jul 10, 2023No one is making a lot of money here, but people stay because it's a pretty low stress gig. That's all about to change. Expect some serious layoffs and PIPs/Firings after Q2. No one is selling anything right now.
